摘要: Objective: To determine the efficacy and toxicity of Gemcitabine, Vinorelbine Prednisolone (GVP) salvage chemotherapy in relapsed / refractory Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (HL). Study Design: A phase-II non-randomized single arm study. Place Duration Study: This study was conducted at Combined Military Hospital Medical College Lahore, Mayo Hospital, King Edward University, Allied Punjab College, Faisalabad Rawalpindi, from January 2007 to December 2007. Methodology: Fifty adult patients with relapsed/refractory HL, adequate marrow reserve, hepatorenal pulmonary functions, radiological measurable disease Karnofsky performance status 0 – 2 non-candidates for stem cell transplantation, were enrolled. Four 28 days cycles GVP (Gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2, 30 mg/m2 on day 1 8 intravenously oral 100 mg/day 5) given. Response evaluation done according Cotswolds meeting recommendations evaluated NCI-CTC (National Cancer Institute - Common Terminology Criteria adverse events v 3.0). Results: Forty completing 4 GVP, 14 refractory/early relapse 26 late (one year postprimary treatment ABVD) available evaluation. The overall response (CRu+PR) rate 77.5% better 85% patients. Haematological most common seen 70% cases. Conclusion: is well-tolerated regimen high needs be tested HL.
