摘要: Interferons (IFNs) play crucial roles in the immune response of defense against viral infection and bacteria invasion. In present study, we systematically identified characterized IFNs, their regulatory factors (Interferon Regulatory Factors, IRFs) receptors (Cytokine Receptor Family B, CRFBs) grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). Grass IFNs can be classified into type I IFN (IFN-I) II (IFN-II) like other teleosts. IFN-I consist two groups with (group I) or four II) cysteines mature peptide further divided three subgroups (IFN-a, -c -d), containing members: IFN1, IFN2, IFN3, IFN4 carp. IFN-II contain members, IFNγ2 similarity to mammalian IFNγ a cyprinid specific IFNγ1 (IFNγ-rel) molecule. mRNA expression analyses discovered that IFN1 were sustainably expressed many tissues, while members transiently tissues time points. response, transcriptions are primarily regulated through multiple IRFs after reovirus (GCRV) challenge. IRF family possess thirteen carp, which subfamilies (IRF-1, -3, -4 -5 subfamily), each them plays different innate adaptive immunity via various signaling pathways interact (mainly IFN-I). have bind (CRFBs) perform functions.
