摘要: This article introduces a new method, qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), to the study of state policy choice and role ideas in politics. The authors hypothesize an important for normative beliefs even policies that go beyond traditional subjects “morality” policy. Specifically, find “precautionary norms” are influential determinants recent environmental regulating chemicals, face significant economic impacts. They conclude these results offer theoretical relevant innovation diffusion literature as well process.
