摘要: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is proving to be a heterogeneous disease process that driven by various genetic mutations and aberrant protein expression. As our population ages, the incidence of AML likely increase, with approximately third adult cases categorized normal cytogenetics. Advances in technology are now allowing us explore expression transcription patterns AML, providing more information must find its place prognosis therapeutic algorithm this disease. we learn more, hope further categorize patients karyotype into discrete risk categories will help treatment decision making elucidate necessity for hematopoietic cell transplantation. However, at time, many identified still experimental, requiring analysis determine their exact role AML.
