摘要: Post-synthetic modifications of nuclear proteins, especially histones, are frequently investigated enigmatic reactions. The biological significance these particular modification reactions is not thoroughly understood. relatively high degree evolutionary stability the histone’s primary structure and to a large extent its sites suggests that proper chromatin organization depends great deal on precise post-synthetic This idea substantiated by number reports indicating occur predominantly around time cells, in preparation for division, replicating their chromosomes processing newly synthesized histones.
