摘要: This paper proposed a technique to introduce the membrane protein into lab-on-chip analysis system having planar lipid bilayer. The utilized dielectrophoretic(DEP) force generated by asymmetric configuration of solid electrodes on aqueous buffer separator. By applying alternating current separator and counter electrode, we manipulated liposomes that could host proteins surface. key point for dielectrophoretic manipulation this was effective droplet taperedge contour micropore. made strong interpenetrating DEP at bilayer, prompted fusion liposome fabricated micromachining techniques. Using separator, formed bilayer without evading electrode Finally, elucidated introduction monitoring with optical microscopy.
