摘要: In terms of structure and feature, the optical confinement geometry solar cell is classified as individual OCGPV, integrated hybrid in which OCGPV focused on devices based single fibers or tubes. Since last two types, are developed studied from device, shows some common characteristics with other such incident angle dependence, spectral response, equivalent circuit. this section, introduced via examples a fiber dip coating ITO ITO-free Tube-based before discussing more industrialized special features OCGPV. research an important issue choosing transparent electrode surround tube, because it very hard to make smooth films 3D architecture surface. From year 2007 2012, we several methods for depositing anode: sol–gel by coating, conductive PEDOT replacement ITO, traditional method sputtering ITO. addition, tools instruments invented serve fabrication process most them shown Sect. 9.1.
