摘要: Dissolved oxygen and glucose concentrations have been independently maintained at various for extended periods during growth of Candida utilis in continuous culture. Simultaneous observations cytochrome concentration, rate, rates uptake production CO2, ethanol acid made steady states levels glucose. There is an inverse relationship between dissolved cocentration cytochrome. Studies the transient state following a step change from high to low show that there lag about 10 hr which no above parameters. This followed by rapid oscillatory changes content more fermentative metabolism.
