摘要: Australia's medical education system is undergoing a socially motivated transformation focused on improving access to care for rural and remote communities. A backbone of Rural Clinical Schools (RCS), University Departments Health, regional schools, the postgraduate college, ACRRM, have enabled community responsive innovation partnerships with health services that once would been difficult imagine. This article argues this succeeding because passionate leadership leaders, government seed funding encourage medicine as an academic discipline, rigorous research consultation underpinned each step pathway, political campaign invest in form social capital.
