摘要: This article presents sociodemographic characteristics and outreach activities that were associated with parents making early personal deposits in a children's college savings account program designed for lower income families. A sample of 235 who joined the was examined, comparing those had made into accounts not. Parents' level education their having attended orientation strongly accounts. Implications practice, programs, policies to help families save are discussed.
