摘要: In vivo analysis in whole cell bacteria, especially the native tertiary structures of bacterial wall, remains an unconquered frontier. The current understanding wall has been based on destructive individual components. These vitro results may not faithfully reflect structural and conformational information. Multidimensional High Resolution Magic Angle Spinning NMR (HRMAS NMR) evolved to be a powerful technique variety studies, including live cells. Existing studies HRMAS technical consideration its successful application, limitations studying true human pathogens are briefly reviewed this report.
