摘要: Mast cells are the principal effectors of IgE-mediated immune responses, including allergic reactions. Tribbles homolog 3 (Trib3) encodes a pseudokinase implicated in cellular stress response and has been linked to inflammation certain situations. Here we report role Trib3 mouse bone marrow-derived mast (BMMCs). Our results show that mRNA expression BMMCs is positively regulated by growth factor interleukin (IL)-3. originating from knockout mice demonstrate unaltered differentiation kinetics cell surface markers. When challenged with transient IL-3 deprivation, Trib3-deficient display delayed recovery, during prolonged starvation, death accelerated Trib3-null cultures. IgE-dependent pharmacologically induced degranulation impaired BMMCs, as activation-induced cytokine expression. Thus, contributes survival activity primary cultured cells, which suggests for modulation response.
