摘要: Confocal microscopy is currently being used to obtain images with higher lateral and axial resolution than conventional light microscopic techniques. Most current confocal applications describe the use of in vitro preparations. The tandem scanning microscope (TSM) can be applied vivo evaluation living tissue. This article discusses TSM study human teeth skin.
