摘要: SUMMARY A practical arrangement was constructed which permitted the demonstration of equivalence autocollimation variant rotating-aperture-disc, real-time, direct-view, confocal microscope (the one-sided tandem scanning microscope—1sTSM) and original, centrally symmetric, two-sided TSM (2sTSM). It direct examination disproof claims that 1sTSM has an advantageous ‘light budget’. is shown more efficient use available light made in 2sTSM contrast may be further improved by (future) rejection waste light.
