摘要: This study was designed to assess the influence of high-volume continuous hemofiltration on hemodynamics endotoxin-induced shock in pigs. Eighteen anesthetized and ventilated pigs were studied for 240 minutes following start a 30-minute infusion 0.5 mg/kg endotoxin. They randomly divided into three groups: group 1 served as control group, receiving endotoxin only; 2 received zero balance, high-volume, venovenous with removal 6,000 mL ultrafiltrate/hr; 3 used evaluate hemodynamic effect extracorporeal circuit itself. The decline mean arterial pressure less than (24 ± 7.8 mm Hg [mean SEM] versus 60 3.4 Hg; P < .001) drop cardiac output (0.35 0.24 L/min 1.53 0.59 L/min; .01). more pronounced (3.98 0.21 Left ventricular stroke work decreased by 61 6.8 g 14 2.0 (P .01), while left lower that .02). Right increased further (16 2.1 v 0.8 g; pulmonary vascular resistance, systemic right atrial pressure, artery wedge groups did not differ from those 1. We conclude this model, significantly improves function but does affect resistance or use adversely affects function. others, probably because higher ultrafiltrate volume.
