摘要: Acute renal failure is an increasingly common manifestation of multiple organ (MOF) in critically ill patients now treated intensive care units (ICU). The last decade has seen the progressive introduction new treatment techniques which have all but superseded peritoneal dialysis and intermittent hemodialysis. All these are based on continuous application filtration therapy. In form arteriovenous hemofiltration (CAVH), or veno-venous (CVVH), either with (CAVHD/CVVHD) without, modalities associated excellent uremic control, hemodynamic stability volume removal. These relatively new, advances continuously being made understanding their impact potential. A number such reviewed this chapter.
