摘要: Background:Since the derivation of Modification Diet in Renal Disease (MORD) equation for estimating glomerular filtration rate (GFR), investigators determined that it cannot be used drug dosing. In 2009, Chronic Kidney Epidemiology Collaboration (CKD-EPI) derived an was more accurate than MORD estimation GFR. Therefore, questions exist about which method should preferred making dosage adjustments renally eliminated antimicrobials.Objective:To determine whether a difference exists when antimicrobial patients with CKD based on GFR using CKD-EPI and Cockcroft-Gault equations.Methods:A database 409 admitted to tertiary care facility used. calculated both equation(s) compared correlation Bland-Altman methodology.
