摘要: In this work, the results of an experimental study for assessing effects Ultrasonic Impact Treatment on fatigue resistance Friction Stir Welded aluminum alloy panels are presented. Although significant compressive residual stress introduced material by ultrasonic impact treatment (UIT) was expected to cause retardation in crack growth rate, only noted at low initial ΔΚ values.
