摘要: Two infants with severe congestive cardiac failure secondary to diffuse hepatic hemangiomas were treated by percutaneous transcatheter embolization of the arteries using detachable silicone balloons. One infant experienced dramatic improvement and showed no impairment function. The other remained in a low output state following procedure developed acute renal followed generalized sepsis death.
