摘要: RAPD markers were used to assess genetic fidelity of 23 micropropagated plants a single clone (L34) Populus deltoides. Eleven arbitrary 10-base primers successfully amplify DNA from in vivo and vitro material. Of these, 5 distinguished total 13 polymorphisms common across 6 plants. Apart these plants, the amplification products monomorphic all mother plant 4 additional field-grown control Our results show that can be gain rapid precise information about similarities or dissimilarities micropropagation systems might not so easily evident other commonly techniques.
