摘要: Objective In this prospective study, we aimed to assess the prognostic and diagnostic role of color Doppler flow myometrium in patients with invasive gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD). Methods Thirty-seven patients, who were enrolled study mole, assessed help transvaginal ultrasound before after chemotherapy. The place size myometrial invasions assessed. Results Thirty 37 treated single-agent chemotherapy – methotrexate (mtx). group, resistance index (RI) ratios ranged between 0.26 0.45 invasion varied 10 50 mm. On other hand, six mtx actinomycin D combination one patient was total abdominal hysterectomy. RI 0.16 0.25 60 90 Remission achieved all patients. Conclusion Transvaginal can easily detect GTD. When depth width increase when there is a low diastolic/systolic ratio, number courses need for increase.
