摘要: Abstract This report summarizes our 7 years' experience in the methotrexate chemotherapy of 58 patients with nonmetastatic gestational trophoblastic neoplasms. Of these patients, 54 (93 per cent) entered sustained complete remission. Three remaining 4 methotrexate-resistant disease later remission either hysterectomy or actinomycin D chemotherapy. One patient died disseminated disease, resistant to all therapy, 3 years after initial admission. No deaths were caused by toxicity. The diagnostic criteria, method toxic side effects, analysis factors influencing response, and subsequent pregnancies are discussed.
