摘要: Three human glioma cell lines were tested for radiation and hyperthermia sensitivity compared to the responses of a normal fibroblast line. The response exhibited large shoulder on survival curve indicating radioresistance when more radiosensitive was qualitatively similar reported other lines. When fibroblasts cells found be sensitive than may promising method or adjunct radiotherapy in treatment resistant tumors. results also show that both thermal is influenced by culture conditions growth status. Two grown confluency treated showed an increased resistance at low doses decreased high plated (see Methods Materials). An resistance, especially lower heating temperatures, observed confluency. Measurements residual glucose medium time irradiation about same two methods (55%-65%). Cell cycle analysis differences not related changes distribution.
