摘要: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrinopathy among reproductive-aged women, and it typically presents during adolescence. The objective of this review to describe clinical manifestations PCOS in adolescent girls underlying basis for altered reproductive physiology. Recognising adolescents at risk taking appropriate steps reduce circulating androgen levels critical reducing symptomatology disorder, development adulthood infertility, diabetes, metabolic patients with PCOS.
