摘要: Hotel industry market is developing rapidly, that why only has been transmuted to one of the biggest fields professional activities in world. Managers belongs with should provide option utilization potential opportunities for themselves intelligence and improve their organisational performance. In this instance not final consumer but also an individual (employee) or a group individuals (employees), within organisation. Customer delight cannot be achieved without fundamental contribution employees who deliver service. Selling any service, there needed shape relationship customer. For shaping need knowing behaviour satisfaction criteria? Without commenting on aspect, discussion just depletion time. This paper understand employees’ through internal marketing resultant commitment tasks assignments. The survey done hotels. Reliability test (Chronbach’ Alfa), Correlation, Regression, Cross-tabulation Chi-Square (test independence) was applied discussed throughout paper. research article found strong correlation between practices commitment.
