摘要: The relatively large brain and expanded cerebral cortex of humans is unusual in the animal kingdom thought to have promoted our adaptability success as a species. One approach for investigating neurogenesis study autosomal recessive primary microcephaly (MCPH), which prenatal growth significantly reduced without an effect on structure. To date, eight MCPH loci five genes been identified. Unexpectedly, all proteins are ubiquitous localise centrosomes at least part cell cycle. Here, we focus recent functional studies that reveal centrosome final integration point many regulatory pathways affecting mammals.
