Diarrhées néonatales à rotavirus: résultats d'une enquête conduite dans des unités de néonatologie

摘要: Resume Une enquete retrospective conduite aupres de 24 centres neonatologie pour les annees 1989–1990 a permis preciser que des epidemies d'infections rotavirus (atteinte simultanee d'au moins 2 enfants) ont ete observees dans 58 % centres, facon habituellement repetee (46 centres). Pour la periode consideree, le nombre d'epidemies superieur ou egal 3 6 centres. Un diagnostic rapide etait toujours disponible par tests d'agglutination latex ELISA. Les attitudes preconisees limiter l'extension sont (nb reponses positives/nb negatives) : port d'une blouse propre chaque enfant (20/0) ; l'isolement malades porteurs (16/3) regroupement (11/7) depistage systematique d'un portage chez tous nouveau-nes du service (9/10) l'utilisation gants manipulation selles contaminees (6/13). L'arret admissions et recherche personnel n'ont jamais preconises.
