摘要: The enzyme β-glucuronidase (E.C. 3.2.1.31.) has been studied in developing teeth and bone of Sprague-Dawley rats Macaque monkeys (Macaca Irus) by means histochemistry using naphthol-AS-B1-β-D-glucuronide as substrate hexazotized pararosanilin coupling reagent. Since is sensitive to fixatives a freeze-sectioning technique used which made it possible section highly mineralizcd tissues without previous fixation decalcification. In the activity was found osteoclasts osteoblasts. both species odontoblasts, ameloblasts, stratum intermedium, inner outer enamel epithelium. When matrix formation completed indicated reduction ameloblast length ameloblasts increased.
