摘要: Abstract The aromatic amino acid l- tyrosine is a compound with multiple applications in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. This review summarizes current knowledge on metabolic pathways involved synthesis of this strategies employed to develop improve microbial production strains. Common for overproduction include elimination negative feedback control key pathway enzymes increasing pool precursors phosphoenolpyruvate erythrose-4-phosphate. Following these approaches, strains have been generated that allow yield from glucose corresponding 80% theoretical maximum. Recent developments utilization as substrate enzymatic conversion into valuable products are also presented discussed. For example, polymer melanin has reported by bioconversion using an Escherichia coli strain expressing gene encoding enzyme tyrosinase Rhizobium etli . Metabolic engineering genes p-hydroxyphenylacetate 3-hydroxylase E. modified results capacity synthesize 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine, treating Parkinson's disease.
