摘要: Tumors of the uterine corpus can be divided into two main groups: endometrial tumors and mesenchymal tumors. The former ones are common gynecological diseases, whereas malignant tumors, which behave in a much more aggressive way, quite rare with poorer prognosis. most type is endometrioid adenocarcinomas, case these carcinosarcomas, or leiomyosarcomas, if only clear types taken account. objective this article to review molecular-genetic abnormalities associated tumorigenesis both focus on forms. This view includes different expression pattern genes, usually aberrant cases cancer that arise due epigenetic modifications, mostly hypermethylation promoters microRNA (miRNA)'s interference concrete genes. Furthermore, clinical predispositions tumorigenesis, involving hormonal factors, age, ethnicity, also mentioned.
