摘要: Phosphatidylcholine is the main phospholipid present in cell membranes and lipoproteins, can interfere with various biological processes. This lipid also has antioxidant activity, protects against damage caused by free radicals under conditions of ischemia/reperfusion. Therefore, study was designed to evaluate toxicogenetic twisting spermatic cord ischemia/reperfusion, whether phosphatidylcholine plays a role ischemia/reperfusion preclinical trials. The results indicate that torsion does not cause genotoxic or mutagenesis. A dose 300 mg/kg toxic thus recommended. However, 150 promote damage, though it statistically prevent tissue occurring from lack oxygenation nutrition testicular cells, tendency reduce this damage. research suggests further studies should be conducted clarify provide better explanation possible therapeutic effects cytoprotection germ cells affected
