摘要: Abstract Study Objective: To review the anesthetic management and occurrence treatment of complications in patients undergoing interventional neuroradiologic procedures for intracranial vascular lesions. Design: Retrospective chart 115 charts from 1988 to 1992. Setting: University hospital. Measurements Main Results: Charts were reviewed information regarding management, monitoring techniques, complications, clinical outcome. Group 1 (n = 92) managed by an anesthesiologist; 8 received general anesthesia 84 had conscious sedation. 2 70) cared a neuroradiologist; 37 intravenous analgesia (fentanyl) 33 no sedation other than premedication (benzodiazepine).
