摘要: Abstract FePd and CoPd alloy thin films were prepared on MgO single-crystal substrates of (001) B 1 , (110) (111) orientations at 600 °C by ultra high vacuum rf magnetron sputtering. L 0 -FePd(001) with the c -axis perpendicular to substrate surface are obtained MgO(001) substrates. epitaxial consisting (011) crystals formed MgO(110) The crystal is parallel surface, whereas that 44° canted from direction. -FePd(111) 54° direction MgO(111) ordering degree these varies depending orientation.
