摘要: Vibrio alginolyticus is a virulent pathogen that affects crab aquacultures. In the present study, immune responses and antioxidant status of big small (based on body weight size) 80-, 100- 120-day-old specimens Portunus trituberculatus, challenged for 72 h with alginolyticus, were studied. The total hemocyte count (THC), phagocytic, prophenoloxidase phenoloxidase activities, individuals (BIs) higher than those (SIs) (P < 0.05). organisms showed similar pattern: superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity glutathione/oxidized glutathione (GSH/GSSG) in cell-free hemolymph hepatopancreases BIs SIs There no significant differences α2-macroglobulin (α2-M), antibacterial bacteriolytic activities hemolymph, or peroxidase hepatopancreas between SIs. α2-M crustin gene expression levels hemocytes, SOD hemocytes hepatopancreas, also significantly BIs. results suggest that, compared SIs, possessed resistance to V. alginolyticus infection.
