摘要: Four chromogenic media for carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae (CPE) and two selective broths were challenged with a collection of well-defined β-lactamases 100 stool samples. With low inocula 130 isolates CPE, the sensitivities four as follows: Brilliance CRE, 78%; chromID Carba, 91%; ESBL, 96%; Colorex KPC, 56%. The corresponding Trypticase soy broth plus ertapenem or meropenem 78% 47%, respectively.
