摘要: We report a patient with posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) aneurysm and an incidental facial nerve schwannoma at the cerebellopontine angle (CPA). A 46-year-old woman presented sudden onset of severe headache, nausea, vomiting. She had no other abnormal neurological symptoms signs. Computed tomography (CT) showed hemorrhage in fourth ventricle. Cerebral angiography demonstrated arising from tonsillomedullary segment left PICA. was incidentally found as being clipped. The clipped via transcondylar approach. Subsequently, (2 x 3 2 mm) resected fascicles, preserved. Postoperatively, developed mild to moderate dysfunction (House-Brackmann grade III [H-B III]) but her hearing intact. Both involving CPA PICA can be managed through An asymptomatic safely minimal dysfunction.
