摘要: OBJECTIVES: Spinopelvic alignment has been associated with improved quality of life in patients vertebral deformities, and it helps to compensate for imbalances gait. Although surgical treatment scoliosis neuromuscular spinal deformities promotes correction coronal scoliotic remains poorly established whether this results large changes sagittal balance parameters specific population. The objective study is compare these before after the current procedure under hypothesis that there no significant modification. METHODS: Sampling included all records adequate radiographic treated at Institute Orthopedics Traumatology Clinics Hospital University Sao Paulo (IOT-HCFMUSP) from January 2009 December 2013. Parameters analyzed were incidence, sacral inclination, pelvic tilt, lumbar lordosis, thoracic kyphosis, spinosacral angle, inclination spinopelvic obtained using iSite-Philips digital display system Surgimap a validated method measurements radiographs. Comparison between pre- post-operative conditions involved means standard deviations t-test. RESULTS: Based on 101 medical only, 16 met inclusion criteria study, including 7 males 9 females, an age range 9-20 mean 12.9±3.06; 14 diagnosed cerebral palsy. No differences found pre postoperative parameters. CONCLUSIONS: Despite deformity group studied.
