摘要: New instrumentation techniques have made any correction of the spinal architecture possible. Sagittal balance has been described as an important parameter for assessing deformity in early 1970s, but over last decade its importance grown with published results terms overall quality life and fusion rate. Up until now, most studies concentrated on surgery, use daily neurosurgery practice remains uncertain may warrant further studies.
