摘要: The shape, distribution, and content of mitochondria in individual cells were examined during the cell cycle phases (G0/G1, S, G2 mitosis) living human fibroblasts by static cytofluorometry fluorescence microscopy. morphocytochemical evaluations performed cultures submitted to double supravital fluorochrome staining with Hoechst 33342 DiOC6 label DNA mitochondria, respectively. modalities based on stability mitochondrial labeling. G1 early S characterized presence filamentous except postmitotic period. During late G2, mitotic phases, mass reached its highest value became short numerous. last stage mitosis, distributed among daughter through a cytoplasmic bridge.
