摘要: The most common sulfated glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are chondroitin 6-sulfate (C6S), 4-sulfate (C4S), dermatansulfate (DS), heparansulfate (HS) and heparin. Together with keratan sulfate (also important, but up to now seldom considered as a drug source), they widely distributed in animal tissues cell surfaces proteoglycans, i.e., polysaccharide chains covalently attached, comb-like, serine residues of polypeptide chains. number length GAG linked the polypetide matrices varies for different same proteoglycan cells.1
