摘要: Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) interact with a large number of molecules biological interest, especially proteins, which include adhesion proteases, enzymes and growth factors. These interactions are established between the negative charges GAGs positive basic amino acid residues protein. The binding to proteins is usually function their degree sulfation molecular weight. However, three dimensional arrangement some negatively charged groups (carboxylates sulfates) particular importance. This determined by backbone type position substitution.(1, 2, 3)
