摘要: Weakly agglomerated nanocrystalline NiO was synthesized by a homogeneous precipitation method in the presence of urea as agent. The reaction mechanism about hydrolyzation urea, precipitate process as-synthesized precursor, and decomposition precursor during heating treatment discussed. effects ions concentration calcinations temperature on powder properties were investigated. characterized hydrated basic carbonate IR spectrum TG analysis. results revealed that crystallization started at 350 degrees C, nanoparticles with average crystallite size 5 nm obtained. With increasing molar ratio to Ni2+ ion, crystalline showed slight increase, then decrease, however pH yield indicated pronounced increase. During heating, an enhanced growth observed.
