摘要: Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania (CPH) is a rare primary headache syndrome, which classified along with cluster and short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform attacks conjunctival injection tearing (SUNCT) as trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia. CPH exquisitely responsive to indomethacin so much that the response one of current diagnostic criteria. The case patient CPH, who had marked epigastric symptoms treatment responded well topiramate 150 mg daily, reported. Cessation caused return episodes, has persisted for 2 years. Topiramate may be option in CPH.
