摘要: Reinforced concrete marine structures are highly vulnerable to corrosion due chloride ion attack; the severity of the attack being dependent on, among other factors, prevailing climatic condition. The aggressiveness warm marine environment Florida has led premature deterioration numerous bridges and building along the coastline. This paper describes a methodology for structural assessment while incorporating analysis uncertainty. procedure includes use visual, electrochemical non-destructive methods in order define the cause level deterioration. A probabilistic mechanistic model is used generate distribution of time initiation based on statistical models governing parameters obtained from field data. The proposed applied predict residual service life the reinforcing steel girders Geiger Bridge Key West, FL.
