摘要: Abstract Spinel oxides synthetized by the electrochemical route can be used in different technological areas. In present work, cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) thin films were deposited from sulfate bath on FTO-coated glass substrate linear sweep voltammetry technique (LSV). We have investigated effect of applied magnetic field B (AMF B) up to 0.5 T response, crystallographic texture, morphology, semiconductor type and optical properties elaborated films. The structural compositional analysis confirmed synthesis a well-crystallized CoFe2O4 with good stoichiometry after an annealing treatment at 500 °C. Moreover, exhibited p-type as photo-electrochemical Mott-Schottky tests. addition, increasing absorbance visible-UV region is observed under AMF B. Consequently, magneto-electrodeposited direct band gap energy 1.5 eV.
