摘要: Nanocrystalline metal ferrite MFe2O4 (M=Cu, Zn, and Ni) thin films have been synthesized via electrodeposition–anodization process. Electrodeposited (M)Fe2 alloys were obtained from aqueous sulfate bath. The formed electrochemically oxidized (anodized) in (1 M KOH) solution, at room temperature, to the corresponding hydroxides. parameters controlling current efficiency of electrodeposition such as bath composition density studied optimized. anodized alloy annealed air 400 °C for 2 h. results revealed formation three formed. crystallite sizes produced range between 45 60 nm. microstructure film was type dependent. corrosion behavior different pH solutions investigated using open circuit potential (OCP) potentiodynamic polarization measurements. indicates that initial E im ZnFe2O4 remained constant a short time, then sharply increased less negative direction acidic alkaline medium compared with Ni Cu films. values I corr higher 1 12 NiFe2O4 CuFe2O4 which only value 1. rate very low when immersion neutral medium. surface morphology recommended safely used medium, whereas Zn atmospheres.
