Synthesis of Nanocrystalline Copper Ferrites by Electrochemical Techniques for Toxic Gas Sensing, Li Ion Battery and Medical Applications

摘要: Nanocrystalline spinel copper ferrite CuFe 2 O 4 thin film has been studied and synthesized via the electrodeposition-anodization process. Electrodeposited  alloys were obtained from aqueous sulphate bath. The formed alloys electro oxidized (anodized) in (1 M KOH) solution, at room temperature, to corresponding hydroxides. anodized  alloy films annealed air 400 0 C for h. parameters controlling of electrodeposition such as bath agitation current density optimized. crystal structure, size microstructure produced ferrites investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). XRD shows that  had a structure crystallite phase was nm.  SEM micrograph particles agglomeration morphology with narrow distribution particles.
