Synthesis of nanocrystalline nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) thin films using low temperature modified chemical method

摘要: Abstract A modified chemical method is depicted as a novel and powerful for the synthesis of nanocrystalline nickel ferrite thin films onto glass substrates. This suitable modification bath deposition. relatively less expensive convenient large area deposition metal oxide films. Nanocrystalline have been deposited substrates at near room temperature using nickel(II) chloride iron(II) cationic precursors. Double distilled water was used an oxidizing agent. The structural, surface morphological, infrared, electrical characterizations were studied X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), FT-IR spectra, resistivity techniques. results show that allows NiFe 2 O 4 with spinel phase. are free from pinholes cracks.
