摘要: Abstract Coastal erosion is an islandwide problem in Taiwan. On the basis of result most recent survey, more than 80% island's sandy coasts have undergone over past 3 decades. Naturally and historically with specific tectonic environment uplifting rate Taiwan, sufficient sediments had been yielded transported to coastal area, resulting advancing shoreline along trailing edge coast during last several centuries. However, human interventions contributed significantly times. In this paper, documented examples are chosen address how human-induced changes made profound impacts on The information presented will provide a better understanding processes, solutions for benefit others different parts world.
