摘要: We report the epitaxial growth of high-quality µm-thick yttrium iron garnet (YIG) films on aluminium (YAG) substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The effects substrate temperature and oxygen pressure composition, crystallinity, optical transmission ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) linewidth have been investigated. An FMR as low 1.75 mT at 6 GHz was achieved depositing YIG YAG with (100) orientation a ~1600 K ~1 Pa.
